Making the Broth
Let's start by making the flavorful broth for our cocktail de camaron:
- In a large pot, add 10 cups of water, 3 celery sticks, 1 roma tomato, half of an onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf, 2 teaspoons of shrimp bullan, and salt.
- Bring the pot to a boil and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the shells from the raw shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Prepare a bowl with ice and water to cool down the cooked shrimp.
- Remove everything from the pot and add 4 lbs of raw shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp for a couple of minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to the bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.

Now that we have our flavorful shrimp broth and cooked shrimp, it's time to assemble the cocktail de camaron:
- In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of Clamato, 3 cups of shrimp broth, and 1/2 cup of lime juice.

- Mix well and add 1 cup of ketchup.
